05A note from the founder

In Tripoli, every working relationship begins at the door: a clear meeting and a word that is kept. I founded Bait Al-Riyada to be that door for investors and businesspeople coming to Libya. We explain the market as it is, arrange each step with care, and work discreetly, within the rules. I would be glad to speak with you myself on the first call.

06FAQ

Questions investors ask

Who do you work with?

Foreign investors, Libyan and international companies, and visiting delegations that need a local partner in Libya, from the first enquiry to operation and beyond.

How do we start?

With a free first call. Message us on WhatsApp or use the form, and we will arrange a time that suits you. After the call we send you a written plan with the steps, timelines and cost, and work starts only once you approve it.

What should I prepare for the first call?

A short description of your business, what you want to achieve in Libya and the timeline you have in mind is enough. If you have company documents or a profile, send them over: they help us prepare a more precise plan.

Which languages do you work in?

Arabic and English, in calls, correspondence and documents. We arrange certified translation when it is needed.

How is Bait Al-Riyada related to InterHouse and Sawab?

Bait Al-Riyada is the parent company of InterHouse PR and Sawab ERP. Each brand keeps its own identity. We bring them in when your work needs PR and events or business software, and you keep one point of contact.

Do you keep information confidential?

Yes. What you share with us stays with us, and we do not name clients or their work without their permission. We are glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement before discussing details, on request.

Can you guarantee approvals and licences?

We do not promise outcomes that are not ours to give. We prepare your file in full, follow it up with the relevant authorities within the rules, and keep you informed of every development and the expected timelines.

How are fees set?

By the scope of each assignment. The first call is free, and we send you a written quotation before any work begins.
